Getting to know each other a bit better, that's the main objective of our first interview. Our talent acquisition partner will have a 30 minutes online interview with you to understand your main drivers and background to apply for a role at Qblox.
It is also an opportunity for you to ask your very first questions about our company and culture, in order to make your assessment whether we are a good fit for you too.
In this meeting, your future team lead takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. Next to that, we want you to get better acqainted with Qblox and with our mission, vision and solutions to the market.
Depending on the exact position, a coding assignment may follow or will be even conducted upfront to this interview. Again for this session, we will meet online and it normally takes about 60-90 minutes.
You already made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you, and give you an opportunity to see the whole team during (ideally) an onsite visit to Qblox! For this final interview, we would like you to give a short presentation why we should hire you for this position. Not too many guidelines, surprise us!
Well done! You made it to the stage in which we will send out our offer. Before sending our offer, we will always check 2 references.
