What will you do?
Your mission
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of product quality. In this role, you will:
-Perform thorough inspections of electronic products, components, and final products to identify failure modes and root causes.
-Conduct various tests and measurements using specialized equipment and tools to verify the performance, functionality, and reliability of our products.
-Document and report test results, defects, and non-conformances accurately and promptly, utilizing appropriate quality control systems and databases.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, the Customer Success team, and the production team, to address and resolve quality issues and RMAs, and improve overall product quality.
-Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient manufacturing processes.
-Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality failures, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
-Support the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
-Train and educate production personnel on quality control techniques, procedures, and best practices.
-Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in electronic manufacturing to enhance the quality control processes.
Job requirements
For this role, we are looking for a Quality Engineer with:
-In-depth knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and assembly processes.
-Experience with quality control methodologies, tools, and statistical techniques for at least 3 years,
-Ability to read and write schematics and specifications.
-Hands-on experience with component replacement.
-Strong communication skills for contact with internal and external stakeholders.
-High attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask effectively.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-A team player attitude.
Would be a big plus if you have:
-Knowledge on Radio Frequency (RF) signals
-Hands on experience with mechanical-related issues.
-A strong understanding of regulations and compliance standards.

This 60–90 minute online session with your future team lead explores your experience and potential fit with Qblox. For technical roles, a coding assignment may also be part of this step.
