If we have a problem... with quantum control stacks not being perfectly tested... and if I can find you... maybe you can lead the Qblox T & A team.
We love it when a plan comes together.
What will you do?
Test & Automation Team Lead
Lead a high-performing Test & Automation team where you’ll shape testing strategies, guide engineers and make a real mark in the quantum computing space.
With hybrid working and three weeks a year you can work from abroad, you’ll have the flexibility to fit your life. Whether that’s an extended break, visiting home, or just changing scenery. You’ll also get plenty of autonomy over how the team grows and how the work gets done, without layers of red tape.
On top of that, you’ll be part of a tech space that’s genuinely rare—quantum control systems. It’s a chance to build expertise in a field that’s only just beginning to take off, while working alongside some of the sharpest minds in the sector.
What you'll do
Lead and mentor the work for a team of test development engineers in their day-to-day activities. Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and apply metrics to triage and prioritise department resources and workflow.
Be an ambassador for Qblox company values and translate them to the team’s day-to-day activities. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and find opportunities for training and development.
Proactively drive process and infrastructure improvements. Develop a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge exchange.
