- Delft, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands
- Marketing, Sales & Operations
Not all heroes wear capes. Some ensure the flawless quality of quantum control stacks. But they get less movies made about them.
What will you do?
Are you driven by perfection? Do you see every component as a critical piece of the quantum puzzle? At Qblox, we're accelerating the worldwide race to build scalable quantum computers, providing the world's best quantum control stacks. We're not just building hardware; we're building the future, and for that, every single detail matters.
Where you come in:
As our Quality Engineer, you'll be the guardian of excellence, ensuring that our cutting-edge control stacks meet the highest standards of precision and reliability. This isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about deeply understanding high-end electronics production, proactively identifying issues, and driving continuous improvement to perfect the instruments that control 1000s of qubits. You'll be on the front lines, diving into the heart of our production processes to ensure everything we deliver is truly world-class.
What you'll do:
Be our Quality Champion on site: Go hands-on into production to perform thorough inspections of electronic products, components, and final products, meticulously identifying any failure modes and their root causes.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively check and improve everything that comes in and goes out. You'll perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any quality failures, ensuring they don't recur.
Master the Machines: Conduct various tests and measurements using specialized equipment and tools to verify the performance, functionality, and reliability of our products. You'll also support the calibration and maintenance of this testing equipment.
Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with our R&D, Customer Success, and Production teams to address and resolve quality issues (including RMAs), always aiming to elevate our overall product quality. You'll be a key communicator with Sales and R&D.
Shape Our Standards: Assist in the development and implementation of robust quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection guidelines, ensuring consistent and efficient manufacturing processes.
Share Your Expertise: Train and educate production personnel on quality control techniques, procedures, and best practices.
Stay Ahead: Keep a keen eye on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in electronic manufacturing to constantly enhance our quality control processes.
