What will you do?

The Mission

Qblox is scaling at lightning speed. As we lead the revolution in quantum computing control stacks, our internal structures must evolve just as fast as our technology. We are looking for a seasoned Project Lead to act as the glue between our strategic ambitions and operational reality.

In this role, you won't just be managing tasks; you will be building the infrastructure that allows our global Go-To-Market (GTM) and Support teams to thrive. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will have a front-row seat to our transformation and a direct impact on our international footprint.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead high-impact projects that streamline how we sell, support, and scale. Your core focus areas will include:

  • Global Onboarding Excellence: Partner with leadership to design and implement a world-class onboarding program for our global GTM teams, ensuring new hires hit the ground running.

  • Support Optimization: Drive the evolution of our global support and customer success programs, improving workflows and tools to maintain our high standards of customer success as we grow.

  • Playbook Development: Codify our "secret sauce" by building comprehensive playbooks for sales, account management, and support operations.

  • Operational Transformation: Identify bottlenecks in our current growth trajectory and implement scalable solutions and standardized processes.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance to ensure project milestones are met.

Details:

  • The role will be full time (32 or 40 hours per week), for 6 months, with a possibility to extend.

  • Hourly rate: 80-90 EUR per hour.

  • Directly reporting to CRO.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven Track Record: You are a career Project lead with significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments (Scalups/Tech preferred).

  • Commercial Acumen: Experience working with commercial teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) is a major plus. You understand the rhythm of a GTM organization.

  • Structure Amidst Chaos: You have a knack for bringing order to ambiguity. You don't just follow processes; you build them.

  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and motivate diverse teams.

  • Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and propose a project to bridge it.

This 60–90 minute online session with your future team lead explores your experience and potential fit with Qblox. For technical roles, a coding assignment may also be part of this step.
