What will you do?

Your mission:

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will manage daily HR tasks, including onboarding, job contracts, residence permits, payroll, and maintaining HR systems. You will also drive projects to improve HR efficiency and support a smooth employee experience. As a vital part of our People Team, you will be the first point of contact for each new joiner!

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for all teams regarding their HR related questions

  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, adding them to our HRS, coordinating the overall process

  • Working together with our finance department for payroll processing, ensuring that monthly data are submitted on time and accurately

  • Maintain our HRIS, ensuring all employee updates and new hires are processed accurately and on time.

  • Handling residence permits, BSN, and 30% ruling applications smoothly for our international team members, being in contact with IND.

Job requirements


Your profile

  • 6+ years of experience in HR operations and administration

  • Knowledge of Dutch employment and labor laws is highly preferred

  • Proficient in HR information systems and payroll process (experience in Personio is a plus)

  • Hands-on, team player attitude with a strong motivation to achieve the best results and streamline the processes
