At Qblox, we build the advanced control stack technologies essential for scalable quantum computers. As a dynamic, Series A-backed company with 180+ global employees, we are thrilled to expand to the US with a new office in Boston, MA.

We are seeking a driven Field Marketing & Events Specialist to build our North American brand presence from the ground up and executing high-impact events. Your knowledge of the US market and attention to detail will be essential in supporting our sales team, driving pipeline, and establishing Qblox as a trusted thought leader within the quantum ecosystem

What You Will Do

  • Event Execution: Plan and manage Qblox participation at US trade shows, conferences, and high-touch local marketing events

  • Sales Alignment: Partner with US Sales to manage event prep, lead capture, and timely MQL follow-ups.

  • Vendor Management: Secure and manage local US suppliers and venues within budget and timeline.

  • ROI Tracking: Track regional marketing spend and measure post-event ROI against key KPIs.

  • Logistics: Coordinate physical marketing material shipping and inventory with US Operations and Global Marketing.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

  • 4+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Event Marketing, ideally in B2B high-tech or deep-tech.

  • Proven ability to project-manage multiple events simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with enterprise customers, scientists, and elite vendors.

  • Strong tech affinity with the ability to grasp complex scientific topics like quantum computing.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within the United States.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (specifically HubSpot).

  • An established network of US event service vendors (A/V, catering, venues).

In depth interview

Step 2 | In depth interview

This 60–90 minute online session with your future team lead explores your experience and potential fit with Qblox. For technical roles, a coding assignment may also be part of this step.

Step 3 | The Floor is Yours

In the final stage, we invite you (preferably onsite) to meet the team and present why you’re the right fit for the role. Bring your unique touch, surprise us!
