Content Creation Manager

The Opportunity: Translating Technical Excellence into Market Impact
We are seeking a Content Creation Manager to lead a team of specialists including technical writers, social media experts, visual designers, digital marketers, and front-end developers. This team will take technical content—such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and application notes—and craft commercial and marketing-ready assets that resonate with customers, support campaigns, and drive pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional content team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

• Develop and execute a global content strategy that converts technical insights into marketable, customer-facing assets, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.

• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing to transform technical content into engaging presentations, sales collateral, digital assets, and social media campaigns.

• Manage content operations, workflows, and quality control processes to deliver timely, high-impact outputs.

• Track content performance and continuously optimize assets for engagement, pipeline contribution, and market impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or creative production, ideally in deep-tech, B2B, or scientific industries.

• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams that convert technical material into commercial and marketing assets.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign integration, and content performance measurement.

• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; technical background a plus.
