Journal Club
At Qblox, we’ve doubled in size over the past year, with 25% of our team holding PhDs. Staying at the forefront of quantum research is a priority for us, and one way we do that is through our weekly Journal Club. During these in-office sessions, our team and expert guests dive into the latest advancements in quantum technology.
Recently, Sander de Snoo from QuTech shared insights on "Software in Spin Qubit Labs," exploring software solutions for spin qubit experimentation. Other topics have included Quantum Error Correction and High-Fidelity Quantum Gates, all contributing to our team's deepening knowledge and passion for quantum.

Our annual summer BBQ, a beloved tradition, brings together colleagues, families, and even pets for a day of fun, great food, and unforgettable memories. This year’s event was our best yet, reflecting the warmth and diversity of our team.
A spooky day at Qblox
We love celebrating together, and Halloween at Qblox was no exception! From solving a murder mystery to enjoying spooky snacks and drinks, we had a blast wrapping up the night with a scary movie. It’s these moments that bring us closer as a team and make work feel like so much more.
Celebrating Sinterklaas together
On December 5th, Sinterklaas and his two helpful Piets visited the Qblox office, bringing joy and traditional chocolate letters for the team. For our Dutch colleagues, it was a nostalgic celebration, while our international teammates got to experience a cherished Dutch tradition. Beyond the treats, it was a chance to reflect on our achievements and come together as a diverse and growing team.

Our festive Christmas Breakfast, bringing the team together to celebrate with laughter, great food, and holiday fun. This year’s event, complete with an ugly sweater contest, was a joyful reminder of the creativity and connection that define life at Qblox.
Each year, we are at APS, world's largest conference in quantum computing.
In 2024, we established to have a live working quantum computer at our booth within 48 hours. The first one in the world on stage.
